- Raw Material Selection We adopt premium 316L titanium steel bar stock. The material features high hardness, corrosion resistance, skin-friendly property, no allergy for most people. Every batch of raw materials will go through composition testing before production.
- CNC Precision Machining Blank parts are shaped by CNC cutting, milling and carving according to design drawings. This process ensures precise dimension, smooth outline and delicate pattern for bracelets, necklaces and rings.
- Polishing Multi-stage polishing including rough grinding, fine grinding and mirror polishing. Remove burrs and surface scratches to achieve silky smooth surface, no sharp edges to hurt skin.
- Stone Setting Selected sparkling cubic zirconia stones are inlaid firmly by hand setting. Stones stay tight and not easy to fall off under daily wear.
- PVD 18K Gold Plating Adopt advanced PVD vacuum electroplating technology for 18K gold coating. Compared with ordinary electroplating, the plating layer has strong adhesion, wear-resistant, keep bright color for more than one year under normal daily use, not easy to fade.
- Quality Inspection Each piece will be checked one by one: surface flaw inspection, stone tightness test, plating adhesion test and size verification. Defective goods will be eliminated.
- Cleaning & Packaging Ultrasonic cleaning to remove surface dust and oil stain. Dry completely then pack with protective bags and boxes, ready for shipment.
