For stainless-steel jewelry sourcing
For your stainless-steel jewelry business, Canton Fair can be useful, but there is an important distinction:
- Phase 2 — gifts, decorations, watches and optical instruments — is potentially useful for finding jewelry/accessory suppliers.
- Phase 3 — fashion accessories & fittings — is more directly relevant to jewelry and fashion-accessory sourcing.
- However, if your main goal is finding Chinese factories that manufacture stainless-steel rings, bracelets, necklaces, PVD gold-plated jewelry, etc., specialized jewelry sourcing areas and factory visits in Guangzhou/Shenzhen can be more productive than relying only on Canton Fair.
The Canton Fair also provides an online supplier/product database and trade-matching functions, so you can research exhibitors before traveling.
If you plan to attend as a U.S. buyer
You can register through the official Canton Fair Buyer Service System. Overseas buyers can register and apply for a buyer badge and invitation letter online.

If your goal is importing stainless-steel jewelry from China, I can also give you a Canton Fair strategy specifically for jewelry sourcing—which phase to attend, how to identify real factories vs. trading companies, what questions to ask, and how to verify suppliers before placing an order.
