We have long believed in the power of human difference and understand the impact of diversity on our customer experience decisions, and it is critical to listen to the perspectives and expectations of those with different life experiences than ours.
We know there is no quick fix to building a more diverse workforce, it takes a journey.
In 2022 we created the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Leadership Group to ask questions and discuss internally. They also help drive ED&I efforts externally and play a key role in the process.
At Chengfen Jewelry Co, we’ve made good progress toward our vision of creating a fairer and more diverse workforce, but there’s still a lot of work to do.
